Meet the Founder
Reneé Ricca Is a Second-generation Teacher to Joseph H. Pilates, Trained in New York City by First Disciple Carola Trier.
She has a rich history rooted in the classical teachings of Joseph Pilates. With decades of experience, she has trained under the direct lineage of Joe Pilates himself, honing her skills and deepening her understanding of this transformative practice.
A graduate of The Royal Ballet in London, England, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, Reneé brings a rare depth of movement education to her work. She enjoyed a Broadway career spanning over 20 years and continues to perform and compete in Latin ballroom dance today.
Reneé Ricca is dedicated to preserving the integrity of Pilates, offering her expertise to those eager to learn and excel in this field. Her work also extends beyond the studio through longstanding community involvement with Women in Distress. Her passion for teaching and commitment to excellence make her a trusted mentor for aspiring instructors worldwide.

I am blessed to maintain my dancing career from the age of 4, till the present. Competing in dance competitions, local shows, as a dancer/ actress/ choreographer… and participating in all community services close to my heart.”
